We call this blend, "Steve's Baby" because it took him 9 months to perfect. A delightful breakfast tea with good body and full tea flavour notes. Coppery bright especially enticing with milk.
HOT BREW Steeping Instructions:
Use 1 tsp per 8oz, add boiling water (97C), steep for 3-5 minutes. For best results, use filtered water and sweeten to taste.
