Tropical lemons, lemongrass from Malays and ginger from China are blended together with an excellent Oolong from the Fujian province. Both ginger and lemongrass are known as digestive aids, and the mild Oolong makes a soothing and tasty base.
HOT BREWING Steeping Instructions
Use 1tsp per 8oz of hot NOT boiling water (approx 85C), and steep for 1-3 minutes. For best results, use filtered water. Can be sweeten to taste and infused multiple times.
